On 21st February 2026 in Mumbai, I had the privilege of attending the NextGen 10X Growth Seminar organised by the All India Plastic Manufacturers Association (AIPMA) at ITC Grand Central.
The keynote address by Shri Gyanvatsal Swami from BAPS Swaminarayan was deeply inspiring — a powerful blend of spirituality, leadership and practical wisdom on scaling institutions.
What resonated strongly with me:
🔹 10X growth begins in the mind.
It is not about working harder; it is about thinking differently. It demands redesigning systems, sharpening strategy, strengthening financial discipline, and aligning teams toward a larger vision.
🔹 Clarity of priorities drives exponential results.
When leaders decide what truly deserves their energy, everything else falls into place. Focus is the foundation of scale.
🔹 Vision must be long-term and uncompromising.
Great institutions are not built for quarters — they are built for generations. High standards, patience in decision-making, and relentless pursuit of excellence define enduring leadership.
🔹 The effort of the leader shapes the culture.
When leadership demonstrates commitment, discipline and precision, the organisation reflects the same intensity. Standards rise from the top.
🔹 Every problem has a solution.
Scaling brings complexity, but with intelligence, observation, attitude and patience, challenges become opportunities. The responsibility to find solutions rests with us.
🔹 Calm outside. Relentless inside.
Strong leadership combines composure with deep, sustained effort.
My biggest takeaway:
10X growth is intentional. It is built on mindset, systems, standards and sustained effort — anchored in faith and purpose.
Grateful to AIPMA for organising such a meaningful session in Mumbai.
